• A Brief History of the Third Republic (1,217 ABY)
  Chronicling the rise of the Third Galactic Republic, "A Brief History..." starts at the collapse of the numerous galactic governments that struggled in the years around the Battle of Yavin, and follows events up until the most recent years of the Third Republic.
  
• Coruscant Security (CoruSec) (Third Galactic Republic)
  The law enforcement agency on Coruscant, CoruSec is the police force of the galactic capital, maintaining numerous divisions across Galactic City, with responsibilities ranging from crime prevention, investigation and security.
• GalactaWerks Corporation
  A galaxy-spanning umbrella corporation with interests both political and mercantile, GWC has enough military might and a big enough monopoly over most markets to dominate many spheres of influence.
• Jedi High Council (Reborn Jedi Order)
  The Jedi Council is a group of appointed wise and powerful Jedi Masters, led by the Grand Master, who guide and instruct the Order as well as advising the Republic government.

  A non-exhaustive list of corporations operating within the galaxy and a basic description of their history and operating style.
• Manda'toma (The Mandalorian Defenders)
  The first non-nomadic Mandalorian empire was formed out of the ashes of the New Mandalorian War and Great Mandalorian Civil War, with the bulk of the 'Mandalorian Defenders' settling into this state, far on the edges of explored space, led by Mandalore the Provider.
• Mandalorian Exiles
  Those who led the Mandalorians against the Galactic Federation Triumvirate centuries ago found themselves on the losing end of an internal conflict with the so-called Mandalorian Defenders. The ensuing Mandalorian Civil War left the "True Mandalorians" exiled from Manda'toma and left profiteering off others' misfortune as bandits and raiders.
• Mandalorians
  Once a wholly nomadic warrior people, the Mandalorians have had centuries of ongoing tumultuous conflict, both with others and themselves, leading to two very distinct cultures.
• Outer Rim Alliance (ORA)
  Twice a nation and now a semi-autonomous provincial region within the Third Republic's Outer Rim, the ORA retains a culture of its own, with special exceptions made for their rights and laws, so long as they continue to work alongside the Republic.
• Reborn Jedi Order
  Reformed out of the New Jedi Order during the Grand Proclamation, the current incarnation of the Order has prioritised itself to be more in keeping with the tenets of the first Jedi organisation, but are still defenders of the Republic.

• The Hutt Cartel
  One of the oldest and longest-standing organisations within the known galaxy, the Hutt Cartel is a powerful crime syndicate, an alliance of Hutt businesses and those they deem acceptable. Operating in Hutt space, the Cartel will deal with anyone... for the right price.
  
  The Cartel is the de facto Hutt government, otherwise known as the Hutt Empire, or simply as Hutt Space.
• The Rift Jedi
  A collection of Jedi who turned against the Republic and Order to defend the Outer Rim Alliance during the Second Outer Rim Conflict, the Rift Jedi are a light-sided Force organisation dedicated to the preservation of civil liberties and rights.
• The Sith
• Third Galactic Republic
  The largest interplanetary government in the galaxy, the Third Republic is supposedly a bastion of democracy and capitalism, based on the tenets of the First Galactic Republic following the Ruusan Reformation.
• Third Republic Intelligence Office (TRIO) (Third Galactic Republic)
  The intelligence agency of the Third Republic, TRIO serves as a secret service, gathering information on both internal and external threats and security, with agents scattered across the galaxy and directly answerable to the Galactic Senate.
