Secret Cinema

I thought it might be worth mentioning that Christopher and I attended an immersive Star Wars-themed event in London yesterday evening. A production company known as 'Secret Cinema' created landscapes from the Star Wars Universe for us to frolic around in and interact with the characters.

The event required us dressing up in "rebel" outfits so, of course, we both looked fantastic; me as a Galactic Explorer and Christopher as a Mercenary. While we went in as fugitive rebels, we made several attempts to defect to the Empire, which, at one point, led to us being sworn into service by an Imperial Officer.

It was certainly an enjoyable experience, although the travel was not quite so pleasant with a tube strike taking place on the day. There is not a lot of information about the event available, given the "secret" nature of the experience but there is a good video here showing Mos Eisley:
