Physical Description		A man of average height and build, Davos, once a dashing young man sporting a moustache and thick locks of dark hair, has aged into a slightly more portly version of his youthful self, weathered by years of toil, war and leadership. Having lost both his left hand and left eye during the Second Outer Rim Conflict, Davos has since grown out his beard and wears a basic leather eyepatch over the missing organ. Although he owns prosthetic hands, he does not always have it installed, complaining it is uncomfortable.
Form of Dress		Davos still wears the beige-and-brown mining uniform-cum-military uniform of the ORA Militia. No longer wearing his old blue duster, he keeps his form of dress simple, usually still with his heavy blaster slung about his hip.

General Overview		Once a happy-go-lucky charmer with a winning smile and easy wit which quickly won people over to his way of thinking, Davos has become a quieter, gruffer and more reserved man following the recent war. Where once he was chatty and kind, he is now cautious and untrusting, appearing instead a reclusive and suspicious man with a negative outlook on life. Whilst he remains invested in the Alliance and doing right by its future, his mind is occupied on other matters not always known (even to him), and his heart is undoubtedly no longer filled with the zest and enthusiasm that once won dozens of unaffiliated worlds to his banner against the might of the Third Republic and GalactaWerks.

He is wanted ALIVE for SEDITION, TERRORISM, MURDER, ILLEGAL ARMS. All operatives and government officials are to be aware of this document and the fact STAL is to be apprehended unharmed. STAL was born to unknown parents and raised by the TAANAB state orphanage with the name TAVISH. Despite pronounced intelligence, he did not attend any academic institutions after the age of 14. TAVISH instead began work as a miner within FARWIND OREWORKS GALACTICA (F.O.G - a subsidiary of GALACTAWERKS). It is understood TAVISH engaged in numerous criminal dealings during his youth and younger years, earning a reputation as a gambler, fighter and capable smuggler of precious goods within FOG, earning him the moniker "FOGGY TAVISH". Despite his proclivities, TAVISH ascended through the ranks within mining hierarchy of FOG, although it is believed corruption may have played a role in his ascendancy. In time, TAVISH broke ties with his criminal identity and adopted the name DAVOS STAL. Records prior to this are limited and unclear. STAL married the daughter of a ranking local official, KLARE, which added to his legitimacy. His popularity with his fellow workers never floundered, and he has a strong support network within the former FOG and other affiliated refineries and depots. GALACTAWERKS marked STAL as a potential agitator during this time, and STAL became a common fixture during union rallies and meetings with employers, supposedly using his connection to the criminal underworld (and potentially even the HUTTS) to drive up support. This soon extended to meetings with other worlds displeased with GALACTAWERKS presence and actions, and those with secessionist tendencies against the THIRD GALACTIC REPUBLIC. STAL formed close ties with leading KASHYYYK chieftains during this time. Many worked in FOG installations, potentially against their will. (There is ongoing investigation of GALACTAWERKS activities.) STAL argued strongly against the THIRD REPUBLIC. Despite several arrests during protests by TAANAB, GW and REPUBLIC officials, no charges were formally levied against STAL to avoid reprisals. STAL soon began referring to the OUTER RIM ALLIANCE as a present idea, and riled up lots of potential support. Numerous unions illegally coalesced into one and several governments invited STAL to their worlds. Following the destruction of a GALACTAWERKS installation on TAANAB itself and the effects on the nearby settlement (estimated deaths: in excess of 11,900 sentients), STAL led calls for the removal of GALACTAWERKS and radical reform and nationalisation of FOG and the now-so-called ORA worlds. Within weeks, following the failed peace talks at SERENNO (led by JEDI MASTER THACKBAL), the OUTER RIM ALLIANCE rebelled from the THIRD GALACTIC REPUBLIC, starting the OUTER RIM REBELLION (also referred to as the SECOND OUTER RIM CONFLICT). For his part and popularity, STAL was appointed first amongst equals of the REBELS and has led many engagements. He is frequently found fighting on the frontlines alongside various units, his movements rarely declared even to his own side. He lost his hand during a skirmish with GALACTAWERKS MARINES on BOONTA. This has not reduced his ability with pistols, and he remains a sharpshooter of deadly accuracy. He is known, however, to not kill his opponents where possible, preferring to take prisoners. IT IS BELIEVED THIS IS DONE FOR BARGAINING CAPACITY. During the REBELLION, STAL has been discovered to be in an extramarital affair with a CATHAR woman known as JAYN KITH. This information is not believed to be public knowledge. Its usefulness as information is to be assessed. Revelation of personal matters may damage REPUBLIC credibility. Directives currently stand to not embarrass the political establishment with personal stories. There have been reports of STAL drinking excessively, as well as other potential narcotics abuse. A recently discovered psychiatric report confirms narcissistic traits within STAL, reported when still operating as TAVISH. Again, caution is to be considered when revealing or utilising such intelligence. STAL popularity remains strong. NAUTOLAN FORMER JEDI KNIGHT ZAM KESSAR abandoned the REPUBLIC and REBORN JEDI ORDER to join STAL's REBELLION years ago. It is understood the pair enjoy a close, if fractious, relationship, but this is born from KESSAR's own political idealism and not of loyalty to STAL. KESSAR shows no desire to lead the OUTER RIM REBELS but has taken decisive action independent of STAL. It is believed that if STAL were to be discredited, the more capable KESSAR may take leadership of the REBELLION. This is an unfavourable outcome to be avoided.
